Yonah, always lived within his means. He enjoyed teaching, he became a tutor at a very young age. Due to a leg injury at a young age, he had to stop his athletic career, but he learned more about human nature (especially his friends) during that phase, which shaped him. His Jewish background pulled him inwards and put him on the spiritual path. Right after finishing school in the US, he flew back to Jerusalem to explore that path.
Yonah wanted to create generational wealth for his family. He loved his teaching job but he knew that his teaching job he won't be able to fulfill his generational wealth dream. So he found another passion, Real Estate. He educated himself about commercial Real Estate and later found his niche in Cost segregation.
Today, Yonah is a Director at Madison SPECS.
Yonah is a powerhouse of knowledge when it comes to property owners' tax savings. As Business Director at Madison SPECS, a national Cost Segregation leader, he has assisted clients in saving tens of millions of dollars in taxes through cost segregation. He has a background in teaching and a passion for real estate and helping others. He’s a real estate investor and host of the top podcast Weiss Advice.
